BandLink Pages
In this article you will learn how to create all types of pages:
Release page
To create a release page you need to click on "Create Bandlink" and select "Release Page".

ATTENTION! Please note that you do not exceed the limit of available pages.

This module contains the main settings of the release page. It allows you to configure the main parameters of the release page display and add links to music services.

When you add a release link from iTunes, our service will automatically take the following steps:

• put the artist's name on it;
• put the name of the release;
• tighten the cover of the release;
• create a link for Apple Music;
• turn on the iTunes audio player with the preview of the release;
• search the release on other music services.
ATTENTION: If you don't have a link to iTunes, click "Add Link" and add your main release link in the new line.

With the "Add Link" button you can add more links to different music services where your release is available.

"Add Presaves" will allow fans to pre-order the album from Spotify. You also need to know the UPC code for your release (you can get it from your distributor).

If a link to a music service you use regularly is not automatically recognized, please email us via the support form. You can also set up the appearance of an unrecognized link yourself using the "Edit" button. When you click it, the interface is displayed, where you can set the icon, name and type of the button for this link by default. There are 6 icons and 5 types of buttons available.

After adding all the necessary information, click "Save". You can also change the link order or remove links from the list.

Sort by clicks — enables automatic sorting of service order by the number of clicks on a page.

Artist — the name of a musician or a band. He will not be visible on the page.

Artist visible name — the name of the musician or the name of the band that is displayed on the page.

Release — the name of the release.

Release date — release date of the release. Also date is taken into account when you create discography and your releases will be shown from new to old. If no date is specified, the order will take into account when adding the release pages to BandLink.

In "Cover of mobile version" section download release cover from your device (resolution: 500x500px, size: not more than 5 MB, format: JPG, PNG).

Enable dark theme — includes changing the main colors of the design and font on the page.

Show iTunes preview — enables the preview player from iTunes on the page.

Enable discography — enables automatic linking of release pages with a single tag into a single discography.

"Add Tag" is used to add tags to automatically create a single discography. Tags are also used when adding releases to an artist or label page.

Concert page
To create a concert page click "Create Bandlink" and select "Concert Page".

ATTENTION: Please note that you do not exceed the limit of available pages.

This module contains the main settings of the Concert page. It allows you to enter concert data, edit the display of the Concert page, and add links to various ticket purchase options. All concert data is entered manually, so be careful when filling it out.
Artist — the name of a musician or a band. He will not be visible on the page.

Artist visible name — the name of the musician or band name that is displayed on the page.

Concert — the name of the event.

Concert Date — specify the date of your concert using a drop-down calendar.

Concert Time — enter the time of your concert.

Event on Facebook/VK — insert a link to the event group on Facebook/VK.

In the "Cover of mobile version" section download the release cover from your device (resolution: 500x500px, size: not more than 5 MB, format: JPG, PNG).

Enable Dark Theme — includes changing the main colors of the design and font on the page.

Links to buy tickets — specify all sites or paste the code of the widget, where you can buy tickets to your concert.

If a link to a music service you use frequently is not automatically recognized, please email us via the support form. You can also customize the appearance of an unrecognized link yourself using the "Edit" button. Page Linking Tag — allows you to link the page of a concert or tour to the page of a release, artist or club with the same tag.

Tour page
To create a tour page click "Create Bandlink" and select "Tour Page".

This module contains the basic settings for the Tour page. All tour data is entered manually, so be careful when filling them out.

ATTENTION: Tour dates and ticket purchase links are filled in in the "Schedule of concerts" module.

Artist — the name of a musician or a band. He will not be visible on the page.

Artist visible name — the name of the musician or band name that is displayed on the page.

Concert — the name of the tour.

In the "Cover of mobile version" section download the release cover from your device (resolution: 500x500px, size: not more than 5 MB, format: JPG, PNG).

Page Linking Tag — allows you to link the page of the concert or tour to the page of the release, artist or club with the same tag.
Artist page
To create an artist page, click "Create Bandlink" and select "Artist Page".

Venue
To create a club page click "Create Bandlink" and select "Club page".

Name — enter the name of your club.

Podcast page
To create a podcast page, click "Create Bandlink" and select "Club Page".

ATTENTION: Please note that you do not exceed the limit of available pages.

This module contains the main podcast page settings. All data on the podcast is entered manually, so be careful when filling it out.

Podcast Name — is the name you have chosen for your podcast.

Podcast Episode Title — is the name you have chosen for your issue.

Podcast Date — the date when the podcast was recorded or published. The date is also taken into account when creating a series and your episodes will be shown from new to old. If no date is specified, the order will take into account when adding podcast episodes pages to BandLink.

Use the "Add link" button to add more links to different services where your podcast is available.

If a link to the podcast service you frequently use is not automatically recognised, please contact us via the support form. You can also set up the type of unrecognized link yourself using the "Edit" button. Combine podcasts into a series — enables automatic linking of podcast pages with a single tag into a single series.

The "Add Tag" field is used to add tags that will automatically create a series of podcasts.

Social page
To create a business card page click "Create Bandlink" and select "Business Card".

This module contains the basic settings for the business card page. It allows you to customize basic settings of business card page displaying and add links to any official resources.
Name – enter your name or company name.

Use the "Add link" button to add more links to different sites.

If a link to a site that you often use is not automatically recognized, please write us via the support form. You can also set up the type of unrecognized link by yourself using the "Edit" button.

Short link
To create a shortened link, click "Create Bandlink" and select "Short link".

This module contains the main settings of the Short Link page. It allows you to set up the type of short link.
Specify a unique name for the link, choose which domain or subdomain to use it on. All data is entered manually, so be careful when filling it out.

URL to shorten – specify the link you want to abbreviate. When adding a link, be sure to use the full URL, indicating http:// or https://.

In addition to the automatically generated link, you can select one of the default domains and specify any type of URL you like (4-25 characters long).

Paid plan users can also add individual subdomains (like yourname.band.link) and domains (like yourname.com).

The "Copy" button allows you to quickly copy the corresponding link to the clipboard.
